The marine fauna is very interesting and worth exploring, and shrubs and aromatic plants fill the air with intoxicating scents, especially in springtime. In Roman time, people lived in this paradise. If you sail along Mala Provesa, you will find Roman remains which might have been a part of a fish-farm. Moreover, if you visit the island of Piškera, you wil find yourself in what used to be the heart of fishing life of on the Kornati Islands. If you continue south, you will get closer to one of richest marine wildlife habitats, and visit the film location of As the Sea Rages, or swim along one of the largest of the Kornati Islands, or simply bask in the picturesque landscape of sea and stone.
